Lemon Vinaigrette
Homemade dressing is a great way to cut down on processed foods and add in functional herbs and spices! Make this at the beginning of the week and keep for up to 5 days in the fridge.
Ingredients:

1/4 cup red wine vinegar

2 Tbs Dijon mustard

1 tsp dried oregano

1 clove garlic minced

1/4 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil

3 Tbs fresh lemon juice
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients except olive oil and lemon together
2. Slowly add in the olive oil to the vinegar mixture
3. Then add in the lemon juice
4. Mix well
5. Pour dressing into a jar with a seal to keep in the refrigerator
